Abstract

The research work developed in the years 2023 and 2024 focused on recycling to generate significant learning in
waste management is reported, a solid bibliographic review was carried out, looking for the experiences that
have been implemented within educational institutions, the research approach in which the research consultation
was focused was qualitative as far as possible with a sociocritical paradigm, As a conclusion, it was found that
waste management is addressed in an organized way in educational institutions, completely distanced from the
institutional PRAES, and that there is a lack of coordinated policies between the administration and teachers.
